Sadly nobody wants to be arranging a funeral but for the times when you do, Mel helps you through this sad time with Compassion, Care & complete understanding of all of your needs Mel & her Team are absolutely Fantastic & cared for our beloved Brother David but also their care of all our Family was amazing. Mel kept us up to date with everything that needed doing & helped us through. David's Wife Clare & Daughter Poppy were really grateful for Mel's care & understanding & Mel encouraged them to dress the room David was in with whatever we wanted & this really helped the boys who are 10 & 12. I am 54 years old & sadly have had the need to arrange a number of elderly Family members funerals with another local undertaker but they were far more expensive than Bate & Holland but also didn't have the same care that we have experienced with Mel & her Team. We now hope it's going to be a considerable time before we need to arrange a funeral again but we wouldn't go anywhere else than Bate & Holland when we do

Mel and her team are fantastic nothing is to much trouble in these upsetting times. Mel went out of her way for our funeral arrangements.
