My grandad is everything to our family an he has received the most amazing care from thomas porters team we couldn't ever thank them enough for everything from start to finish everything was very well thought of an beautiful so with all our hearts thank you so much x

Very efficient, a lady called Chris in the Garston office was our first point of contact and she was very helpful, she answered all my questions and nothing was too much trouble. It is very difficult organising a funeral, especially when you've never done it before, you don't realise how much is involved but Chris guided me through every step of the way, I wouldn't of had a clue. And she had good recommendations about where to go for flowers etc. Even last minute changes Chris accommodated for. I can't comment on the price as I have nothing to compare it to but the service was to a high standard.

My sincere thanks to Irene at Thomas Porter in the Garston office. After the sudden death of my sister, we made an appointment to arrange for her funeral. Irene took the whole process on board and arranged everything for us. We cannot thank her enough. The service was at Springwood Crematorium and the Celebrant was Bernie Ward Olyott. On the day of the funeral, the hearse arrived and Gary from Thomas Porter put us all at ease and guided us through everything. Bernie, the Celebrant was fantastic. He read the Eulogy for us and did a great job. We had, thanks to Irene, had the service streamed which meant that people in South Africa, where my sister lived for over 40 years could be at the service with us. I have had so many compliments and praises from South Africa about the wonderful funeral service. Rose's friends watched it at home with their friends, her ex work colleages watched it in their offices and all have said what a lovely service it was. So, it's thanks to Irene who organised all this. She took all the stress out of our hands and we are so grateful for that. I would highly recommend that anybody having to plan a funeral to definitely bear in mind Thomas Porter. You won't be disappointed with their service and expertise.
