        I joined this company last year as a senior manager, DO NOT EVEN ENTERTAIN THIS COMPANY, the place is 40 year behind anywhere else I've worked, the staff are all stuck in there ways due to poor training, no training is really given and the induction was shocking, I should have left as it was a clear sign of what was to come for the 8 weeks before I left,poor standards all over the place and shop floor workers are treated poorly which was and is not my way, was never gonna work out.

        I drove their truck last year.The pallets weren't tidy.The pallets were mixed.The driver needs induction before the shift.Nobody tells you what you need to do.Customers ask the driver to bring all items in their kitchen inside. Bad Company.

        Not the best place to work for. Andrea is a better manager and she would do her job properly. If you do your job she will treat you nicely. If you work under weekend (Sunday) lady supervisor it is better to leave now as it is real hell.
