I suffer from severe mental and physical disabilities so can be a handful at best of times, the staff are always so friendly, nothing ever to much, especially Hannah, she cant do enough for you, and their consistent with their service as I have seen all customers treated in same professional cordial manner.
They never fob you off as such, their willing to help is amazing.
Every year come January/ February Im pestering the staff for veg plants till April when they are ready, never once had it been a issue they are just lovely and you get amazing value for your money.
Phenomenal service always has been.
