Always order from here but today they cancelled with no notice. Not even a phone call to tell me. Very disappointing

Have been ordering here for 20 years. Always been a fantastic takeaway. It's recently under new management Tonight they argued with us that their 18" pizzas come in 16" boxes, after we received and paid for a large order. Just to be clear: the three 18" pizzas we ordered from Bro'z arrived in 16" boxes. They had quite a bit of leg room in those boxes, too. We paid nearly 40 quid and, if we'd ordered 16" pizzas from the menu, it would have been a tenner cheaper. When pushed, the manager apologised and said he would send someone back to refund the difference. It didn't happen. Food has gone down the toilet. Avoid.
