Me and my friend ordered food and when it got there everything was freezing. The chips and mozzarella dippers tasted stale. The bacon from are burgers were uncooked. The person bringing are food was 15 minutes late. My friend found a black hair in her burger. All together the food was disgusting.

The sausage and egg muffin ordered on the online app had been through the wars before it reached me. I ordered a breakfast meal which was cancelled upon my arrival to collect it due to an error on the app leaving me no time to try and order a replacement. The staff member who brought it to my car said a lot of customers had similar problems with the app. Very poor service McDonald's very poor. 3/10
