After damage was caused to gate posts and fencing by the McVeigh Parker delivery driver and the customer being delayed by over two and a half hours due to the McVeigh Parker vehicle being stuck at the entrance of her land I contacted McVeigh Parker by e-mail to request some feed back regarding the inconvenience and the damage. The Manager has begrudgingly agreed to provide materials to repair the damage but as yet offered no apology or good will gesture for the huge delay and inconvenience cause by his drivers. Should maybe take a lesson in Customer service from his staff.
