Nando's Liverpool - Queen Square

Who doesn't love a nandos? So regular visits here is a must. Yesterday I visited around 5pm and was seated straight away which was great. The service from the staff and atmosphere was great no issues there but when it comes down to the food it was a massive let down. My husband said to complain but i couldn't I feel awful complaining and we just ate what we could. The food came within 5-10min. The chicken was so dry and overcooked that the wing on one of the 1/4 chicken we ordered was rock solid literally. The mash was so hard and came in like a lump so to eat some was like cutting a piece of cheese from a block. It was hard not like the creamy mash we are use to here. The rice was hard as well as the garlic bread. Honestly felt like reheated food because fresh food would not at all taste like this. I'm a believer so I will give this nandos a second chance on my next visit if my experience is the same then I will not be returning here which is sad. I'm not sure if it was just the chef on that day or we chose a bad day to go but I had to share an honest experience from yesterday as I was so disappointed in nandos! :(

One of the nicest expieriences Ive ever had in Nando's, staff were so lovely 10/10 Vegetarian options: Lovely
