Taking 2 lots of payments for deposit scheme on reminisce tickets and I only booked 1 ticket. Getting passed from pillar to post. They have stopped taking my mates deposits every month. Joke of a company

Absolutely zero customer service, can't deal with issues over telephone, must use email regarding reminisce tickets. To which no one replies! Tried to order 4 tickets on the 25th January 2023, but the order was refused because my account was linked to an old mobile number. I opened a new account and ordered my tickets. On the 3rd February 2023, the order that was refused suddenly went through, 9 days later. Therefore, it resulted in having an order twice and still no way of resolving this issue or any reply to my multiple e-mails that I have sent.
