        All round a very disappointing experience. You definitely don't get what you pay for. Provided inaccurate calculations, then were very difficult to get hold of when queried. When I was able to speak to the structural engineer he was rude and confrontational and hung up mid conversation! Definitely avoid. Made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful.
