I cannot rate this practice highly enough, from speaking to the staff on reception on arrival right through to the vets all friendly, helpful, informative and understanding, nothing was to much trouble and the care that was given to my pet was brilliant. Thank you all.

This place is honestly a walking MONEY PIT. the staff are absolutely shocking, no privacy as youre expected to speak about money infront of other customers which is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Unless you want to pay 260 just to be told yes your animal is sick but theres nothing we can do unless you pay X AMOUNT even after insuring your pet. The service is horrible it stinks of DEATH. OH and to top it off whilst my dog is getting examined a dog that had just been put down was casually escorted infront of me to see. Its awful they need either s new building and new staff all together its shambolic in here dont IGNORE THESE REVIEWS PLEASE if youre in desperation just try ring local emergency vets theres LOADS around!!!!!!

Staff lovely Prices ridiculous 700 to make a dog sick and do bloods When looking at invoice extra charges included injection fee for making him sick, fee for doing the bloods aswell as the charge for the bloods - on top Of a 265 consultation fee. How people are expected to afford this I have no idea - but cannot fault the staff who were welcoming and friendly and supportive Given 2 star simply for prices

Very pleased. Called the vets when our dog suddenly became unwell. The receptionists were very kind and helpful and we were able to go straight away without an appointment. On arrival the receptionist was very attentive. Fortunately it was fairly quiet and we were seen quickly by a very reassuring vet. After a thorough checking over, our dog was given a couple of injections for an allergic reaction and was soon feeling much better. Our dog is a newly acquired puppy farm dog and terrified of everything and everyone but the staff handled our situation well. They were also kind enough to clean up when our other dog was sick in the waiting room.

I took my cat in at about 10pm last night as he was struggling to pee, which can be fatal for male cats. Was told could be a wait of between 1-3 hours. (I was home by 11.30) young blonde girl on reception was super nice and had a friendly manner which made me feel more comfortable. Saw a lovely vet and she was also friendly and very thorough. Let me know all the was theough about costs and estimates and that you have to pay, I think 25% upfront which is understandable for a business. I am luckily fully insured so will get this back and luckily I had some savings to pay upfront. I got up at 4am and they had called in the early hours so I called back. Spoke to another vet who was now on shift and again, another lovely friendly vet. They told me he needed to have his catheter in for 48 hours and on a drip and I could collect him and take him my vet then back to them tonight which would keep costs down. I asked if he could stay there as I didn't want him stressed and that was no problem. I told her I was insured and she also told me she would let me know the new estimate. Its been a stressful night and money wise it is what it is, but it's been made easier and less stressful due to the attitude of the vets now Huyton staff on shift last night.
