        My house alarm was not working so I called Austin Alarms. The company is a local trader and I have never used this firm before. After initial contact he recalled and called to assess issue. Fortunately he identified the problems with some of the wiring, outside bell and battery. The job was completed to my satisfaction. He was professional and courteous and price was reasonable.
