Cannot praise the staff here enough. We are so lucky having this facility in the North West. The team were kind and positive and above all made sure safety for the drivers and others on the road is paramount. If someone isn't ready to be independant on the road they deal with the situation with kindness and compassion, feedback is positive and its not a closed door.

DVLA driving assessment completed with the aid of some amazing staff .. the OT Dani was fantastic, friendly and most of all made me feel at ease . I then met the ADI who again was fantastic . Over all a great experience was had .. well done to all involved..
