Jim Ross was my driving instructor and I would highly recommend him for anybody who is feeling anxious or worried about learning to drive. I've been trying to learn to drive for over 3 years now with different instructors and I never thought I would be able to pass my test, but his patient and clear method of teaching, along with his reassurance of my ability, gave me confidence to gain my licence after four months. Lessons are really informative, flexible and enjoyable, and are enough to put anyone at ease on the road.

He is an outstanding and very skilled driving instructor who helps his students to succeed. Jim helped me to build confidence in driving. I felt safe on the road on every lesson. Im very grateful for his time. I really couldnt ask for a better driving instructor!

I passed my test yesterday (13.03.23) at Widnes DTC, with only one minor fault, which I am very pleased with. This is all thanks to my instructor, and proud to say now great friend Jim Ross. Id had several instructors short term before connecting with Jim, and I can say with confidence Jim is far superior. His ways of teaching are clear, easy to understand and he makes it really fun and enjoyable with his witty personality and patience. I cannot recommend Jim enough! Exemplary instructor! Dave Talbot

Couldn't recommend Jimmy enough. Hes a wonderful person and an even better instructor. He calmed my nerves in his own way of doing so and that really helped me to pass. He showed me how good I can be with patience but also quickly and effectively. If I didnt have Jimmy I wouldnt have passed. I highly recommend.
