Dr J L Bliss - Grey Road Surgery

When I first joined this practice 3 years ago they were pretty good. But over the past 18 months the service has gotten worse and worse! There seems to be no duty of care, the reception team are less than pleasent, the GPs dont seem to listen, there are always problems getting repeat prescriptions (either not ready, or rejected by the pharmacist without informing you why or just not sent to the pharmacy) and trying to get an appointment is almost impossible even just trying to get a call back from a GP is met with "they are to busy" in the past week I have had to call 4 times just to get a prescription! I know many people who visit this practice and want to leave as they all experience the same kind of service.

Went in 2 weeks ago to register... given an apt for a Monday to see the nurse advised the receptionist that I could only do Tuesday and Thursdays booked apt for 2 weeks time, been today and apt booked for Friday... no offer made to Rebook as there are only apts available in 3 weeks no apology just a laugh from a receptionist, thanks for wasting my time!!!
