I have been asking the doctor about a patch of dry skin for past 2 years, was told it's nothing, then told it's just a bit of eczema....turned out to be Bowen's disease, with a potential to turn into a full cancer. One receptionist there called carol is so patronising and is always rude. Final straw was making me out to be a liar over a prescription they said was not due for another month, then mysteriously appeared at the chemist. Some training in customer service wouldnt go amiss with some receptionist, who actually think they are doctors

A cut has become infected and is extremely sore and tender; it is not responding to the sort of medication available without prescription yet I can't get an appointment fo 24 hours; it has noticeably worsened since Sunday morning so that is not an option.
