Joke of a practice. Rang up to book appt then to be told Ill have an over the phone consultation to be then rang near the end of the day and to be assessed over the phone of what my diagnosis is and what medication I need without an actual visual or physical examination of myself. I might as well went on Google and googled my symptoms what a joke. GPs are not what they used to be.

Called this joke of doctors this morning after my dads carer had called me to say he had a badly bruised swollen hand. Was told the usual phone back tomorrow at 8 am along with the other 200 patients who gave also been told to do this. Or phone 111 I phoned 111 they sent 2 paramedics The paramedic called the surgery and told the same receptionist if she could give dr a message to arrange a tissue viability nurse to visit my 87 year old frail dad. She said you could be her mate how do I know you are a paramedic tell her to call back at 8 am tomorrow. This surgery couldn't get any worse if they tried. Absolutely shocking. They need to be struck off.

Worst surgery in the world full of lies and incompetence. If you can avoid this practice I would recommend you do.

Awful awful surgery. Can never get any appointments unless you ring up at 8 in the morning and even then youre on the phone for hours to be told they have non left. The receptionist are so rude besides one of them. Ive moved surgery this week due to just how bad it is Ive never experienced anything like it.

Edit: majority of the receptionists are lovely expecially Sarah and another dark haired lady who been There year's. They are a credit to that surgery!. Only gave one star because I had to. The system of making an appointment is awful. I start work at 8am and need to lock my phone in the Office due to a confidential job I work at and I don't have family to make me an appointment. On my day of later start, I have 2 children to get dressed for school & Nursery. 8am Is the worst time as I have to start leaving the House at 8am to drive them to separate nursery/School. Every phone appointment between me, my children and partner we get sent the hospital and all we have needed is a simple check over and pain relief or antibiotics and Hospital have now made a record of this because they have even past comment how many unnecessary trip's we've made to hospital Via GP. When they could have easily seen us. Final straw is. My partner has slipped a rib, Gp advised to go hospital (haha) so partner went walk-in, walk-in sent him back to Gp and told him not to go hospital there is nothing more they can do than a Gp can, but will put hospital Under more strain. Partner goes to Gp with his slipped rib problem wanting stronger pain relief and to be looked at for chest infection. Gp advised partner to go hospital. Partner told Gp that he's sick of going hospital and want the gp to deal with it. Gp said to my partner to Stop shouting at him and spammed the phone down without any help at all. How a person with a slipped rib and suspected chest infection can shout IL never know because he can barely talk through the pain. Phones 2 days later too see if can can another app and the vile Gp has blocked him from getting an appointment for shouting" So the surgery was then shut for 4 days for Christmas period leaving him so unwell and so in pain he couldn't enjoy Christmas with his Children also he had to take over a week off work unpaid and don't know if he will be able to return after the New Year due to not getting any better and the type of work he does. Will be leaving to another Gp surgery. But that many leave this place it's probably goings to be hard to join another.
