        Went to leigh walkin with my little and was fobbed off after they checked him over in triage as not needing to be seen by them. They told me to go A&E if concerned.( how many hours if complaint is a cough?) I expressed my concern and was told its governments fault. So, with not much hope i went to gp first thing this morning. The receptionist was lovely and efficient. I was seen and little un has a ruptured ear drum and a very nasty tonsil infection. The prescriber was amazing with him. What a difference in care Thankyou wigan Rd surgery

        Never answer the phone Im on call 61 now and nothing. Doctor who saw my partner didnt even check him over, just throw tablets at him and sent him on his way. He is still unwell so they did nothing. Worse doctors I have ever been too !!

        Rang on Monday morning for blood test results and left message on answer phone, again on Wednesday. No reply so called at surgery. Told they don't listen to answer phone messages
