        Been a patient here for 20 years. Have not been offered a face to face appointment in 3 years now. Surgery waiting area is deserted. Whilst the doctors are very good, you cannot see them. The blood clinic used to be excellent here, now that has been stopped and the local community have lost vital services. The building is like an office.

        Been with colby for years and never had any problems up untill now. Im not the type to see a doctor all the time. And now im asking for help its an absolute shambles. The receptionist (manager) is vey abrupt and thinks she has a PHD . Talks to you very unprofessional i am now in the process of looking for an other doctor and putting in a complaint. Why do we have to explain our illness to the receptionist when she is not a doctor then she decides if you can see a doctor or not. Wouldnt recommend anyone to register with these .
