Surgery opens at 8am rang to make appointment for 8year old son to be cut off 9 times. I finally got through to voice recording at 8.21 to be kept on hold for 41 mins to be advise by voice recoding there is a problem please call back. Drove to surgery to be told we don't give appointments doctor will call you back! Very poor service. This is not my first experience of this kind

Been left with a chest infection for over a week then the weekend called up and cant speak to a doctor who I expected a call back from unless I ring back at 8 again. Waste of time Im moving doctors.

Went up to the practice at 8am to book a phone call. Sat next to my phone then until the call. First call came at 10:30am and rang for only half a second (I was literally using my phone when it briefly rang). I rang the practice to get it sorted and they said the doctor wrote a note on the system saying "number wasn't recognised and couldn't get through". If the number wasn't recognised then how did I have a missed call from NHS then? Receptionist said that she'd get the doctor to call again. Second call came at 14:42 (had to wait another 4 hours) and the doctor pulled the same stunt, hanging up after half a second while I was holding the phone. This practice doesn't care about you. Find ANY other practice possible!

Some time in May, I spoke to receptionist Kyra regarding a copy of a letter that was needed, she dealt with it straight away, and let me know when it was ready to collect later the same day. She was competent, courteous, efficient, and caring, which is so nice to see that we brought her flowers as a thank you :)

Absolutely a joke 72 hours is not enough time for a repeat prescription time after time chasing them up really wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy
