        Excellent doctors and nurses. Poor admin / appointments system. Very difficult to book appointments, not everyone can get time off to make an on the day appointment and this needs to be addressed.

        Can never get hold of anyone, even if you can there is no advice or help when you need it. Prescriptions are a joke you now have to be able to get to the surgery to post the refill as the email doesnt work or doesnt get sent to the chemist in time, you also have to do it Exactly 7 days before refill is needed as a day early it will not get put through and a day late your prescription is late its absolutely ridiculous. I got sent back and fourth over 4 times last week to two different chemists and the prescription had been so messed up.
