There was a worry for me when things changed at the surgery .I rang for an appointment was engaged. Tried again later ,got my appointment with no trouble .then went onto the website to register for repeat prescriptions. Again no problem .just waiting for code from surgery. My ha ladies at the surgery have always been polite and helpful.

OMG How bad has this surgeory gone since changes to new system. When you ring up you are queuing with other surgeries , ie huyton, halewood and camberly. Was 27th in the que so went into surgeory to make an appointment and was told you have to do it by phone, despite the person I was looking at talking to is who you ring up !!! Carnt even get referrals correct, arrived at hospital and was turned away saying the GP had not followed proceedure. Im looking for another practice as Im sure others will be forced to soon. Well done to the new management team !

Public health warning. DON'T use this surgery. As a new disabled patient. I have been left without medication for a week. Rang everyday. Even told I need a medication review when my next is not until May 2020. Prescription ordered not done. Gave me an appointment for 8 days time. I was in extreme pain for 4 days. Went into surgery. All but one meds were done except strong painkillers. Which were on their computer. When they ask the doctor who was in the reception getting ready to go. She was very rude to the staff and me. Saying she has a life to go to. I was very patient. She signed for the meds and left chunnering under her breath. I was a manager for the NHS for 20 years and never seen such arrogance and lack of duty of care from a doctor as I witnessed here. Care doesn't end at clock off time. I'm now looking for a new GP surgery with my family.

Taken over a week to get my prescription , it's waiting for the doctor to sign it. Where is the doctor on holiday.

Public health warning. Don't use this surgery. As a new disabled patient. I have been left in agony for 4 days. I requested my usual medication a week ago. Rang every day this week. Was told today I can't have the medication until I had a medication review. I don't need a review until May 2020 and is recorded. The prescription was made an emergency on Monday. I have rang ever day this week. No one seemed to know about the several requests. I went to surgery to get prescription today but all but one was done. It was on their computer but not signed off by the doctor. The doctor was in the reception getting ready to go. She was asked by staff if she could sign it off. She was very rude to staff saying " I've got a life to go to" I tried to explain that I have tried getting these prescribed medications for a week. She got rude and condescending, telling me to give her some respect. I have been very patient considering the pain I'm in so I waited for the staff to resolve the issue. She signed the prescription and left chunnering under her breath. I was a manager for the NHS for 20 years before becoming disabled and have never witnessed the arrogance, condescending, total lack of compassion and duty of care from a doctor than I received today. My family and I are looking for a new GP surgery.
