The same problems that everyone has had are still existent. I dont know what it is with receptionists at dental or general practitioners surgerys, but they have an attitude problem and its frustrating. You dont ring up to consult with these people but youre left feeling such anger as you know they have the power to disconnect the call under false pretences such as abuse of staff. Ive Sent a complaint off last year about crossways and it was responded to but ultimately, they are a dreadful surgery. Truly incompetent. I have no faith in them whatsoever and the only reason stopping me from switching surgeries is the concern that any ongoing issues will be lost or put to the back of the queue. The surgery appeared to have got a grip when we finally had an actual doctor permanently placed here but the staff at the front are incompetent and that may seem unfair or nasty but then I wouldnt go apply for a job in a dept that required computer skills and just blag me way through.

Disgusting patronising receptionist talking down to me about me requesting a refreshing a fit note, in which I asked why she has an attitude to then be screamed at down the phone and told I wont get my fit note and was hung up on? How is any shape or form is this professional. Will be seeking legal advice due to medical negligence and changing GP. Vulgar practice.

Doctors are doing their best, and being really helpful when you actually get to see them. They are caring and professional, theres nothing I could complaint. However, the surgery service is terrible, they recently had a new telephone system which means you can wait in the queue, but after waited for 30 mins and its my turn they simply put my phone down??? Is it a connection fault or someone is doing it on purpose? Because this happened many MANY times! Need an explanation.

Disgusting attitude from a certain receptionist. She's extremely opinionated, rude and thinks she is able to dish out medical advice! I've had a few runnings with her over the years. Crosby village surgery is now located under crossways. I'm sick to death of dealing with her attitude. I'm going to be making a formal complaint as I dread to think how she would effect someone who was coping with bad news or had poor mental health.
