        Don't ever get upset at them when you can't get an appointment at 8am or even when you can't even get one for your results as they will blame their shortcomings on you the patient and then demand that you find another surgery. Seems we have to have 100% tolerance for their incompetence while they have zero tolerance/empathy for everyone else. If it would allow it I'd have given them a zero star rating, I guess one will have to do.

        Abysmal. Never get through. Phone just cuts you off. If you do get through there fully booked after 200 times of calling. No point having a doctor as you can never see one.
