Terrible practice

Awful practice, would give 0 stars but not an option. Messed up my prescriptions then after I told them they had been unprofessional they sent me a letter to my parents house (not where I live) to say I live outside the catchment area and they can no longer treat me. I live literally 100 yards from the doctors and my address is the same for every nhs department, no idea where they got this information from but they will hear from my solicitor

She is a lovely person and amazing doctor. I have had the pleasure of being her patient since I was born, which is for many years now. She always takes the time to see me, even in her own personal free time.

Sat here in the reception area of garston family HC. Been sat here now for an hour and ten minutes with my child that has hay fever. Think this waiting time is extremely unacceptable and an apology off the reception staff, showing a bit of common cortesy would of been nice.
