        This doctors is awful been left without an inhaler for about 6 months because they dont no how to answer a phone or tell patients that they have moved

        Absolutely disgusting, they moved to Hatton Hill when the pandemic happened. When in Seaforth they were great, could get an appointment no problem, but now they do not even answer the phone! When you finally do get a call answered (after calling 100+ since 8:00 like they recommend! They tell you theres no appointments left and to call back the next morning!!!!!! How anyone gets seen is beyond me.. Absolute joke. Was supposed to get an out of hours call also tonight, the lady said 19:00 the doctor will call me It is now 20:40 and I still have not received a phone call! The care is absolutely vile. Thinking of moving Can NEVER get seen since, not now its more to Hatton Hill..

        The e appointment wasn't an issue, I get to talk to the GP. I was given a physical appointment for a date, only for me to get there and they had closed, terrible
