        Can never get through, we are told to call at 8 for an appointment but can never get through its always engaged sometimes its could be over 400 times that I have redialed. Its ridiculous how am I supposed to get an appointment

        Vile service from receptionist I don't know why she refuses ill people to see there gp nasty attitude the receptionist will lie and say you'll get a appointment even if u ring at 8 and no appointment will be made it's descraceful ring 100s of times in the morning to be either lied to or refused as a patient this is awful this gp really needs sorting tried to report them that seems impossible good luck to any new comers even the patients hate it there because the beyond waiting for seeing ya gp and its not as tho we can just chance GPS cos no one will take ppl on atm
