The only reason for the missing star is that the last two times I visited, they have removed the weekly specials and put on the shelves the following week's ones from Tuesday instead of Thursday. As a result, I didn't find anything I went there for and the following week's products were not even scanning at the tills yet!
The staff thought has been very nice and helpful.
