        2 and a half hour wait for cold food and melted ice cream

        I have waited over 2 hours the place closers at midnight we have tried to live chat them no answer there is no phone number to contact them but cost me 17 for nothing and am not the only 1 this lance needs closing down and taken to court for theft if you have a business you should have a contact number Liverpool city council need to close this place down

        Ordered my desserts at 9:30pm and am still waiting over 2 hours later. No contact number to call, and I have been waiting over an hour from the response on live chat with midnight delivery. Absolutely disgusted and will not be ordering from here again.

        Ordered on just eat. Portion of cookies missing. Tried to contact restaurant. Tried three times and it just rang out. Then they had clearly took the phone off the hook as it said user busy. Used to be a great company. Such a shame.
