Staff where really rude and made me pay for more before we can deliver to house took for ever to come

Ordered a lot from here and was spending a lot of money but now they have changed the prices what was expensive already ,and now charging 6.70 for 3 small scoops of ice cream (me knowing how much 1 litre is 20 ). Ill just buy through vender now that I have found them thank you gelato .This review is not based on service as they was always brilliant but cant justify over 25 a time .

Was charged more than the prices on the menu. Only noticed that when receiving notification from bank. When asking I was told the prices have been changed recently but there weren't any menu with new prices, and no printed or verbal notice of the price changing. Also after I ordered a waffle I changed mind in a few seconds. I asked if I can pay the price difference to change to something else, and was told no, even it's not started preparing. But later when I asked why price was charged differently from the menu I was told I can get a refund and cancel the order if I'm not happy with it. Very bad customer service overall.

Fast delivery, food was still nice & hot & the chocolate orange & nutella cookie dough is unreal Delivery driver was also lovely. Will deffo order again.

Absolutely vile taste like grease dry no Source on pancakes wouldnt even give it to a dog
