        Iv ordered some stuff for my kids for christmas the items showed in stock to find out there not in stock and won't be delivered until January!!!??? DONT ORDER FROM LITTLEWOODS

        Query!!! Ordered damaged goods and trying to sort it out would really appreciate talking to a human instead of a machine!! Impossible!! Go through all the phone process to have the phone put down on you at the end absolutely ridiculous!!

        Website is slow and payment section is missing important information about paying by card and how to put the detail in EXACTLY as it is on your card. Also, call center is in Asia and they have trouble understanding accents which is frustrating.
