Just had a visit to the Dental hygienist Melissa she is amazing , very skilled , fantastic at making you comfortable. Very knowledgeable and puts you at ease. Her young assistant was also great. Phoned regarding an appointment. The reptionist was extremely helpful and gave me advice on contacting other services to help manage my shoulder injury. She listened to me and was very professional in her approach and understanding.I asked her name at the end of the conversation. Her name is Jen. I hope the care trust are proud of her she is an ambassador for helping people who use this service. Thank you Jen.

I have been under the dentist for 5 years now I have adhd and asd I they are very super kind understanding and never say anything bad too me

I usually have not had any problems with this dental practice, however when I found myself in need of a dental emergency I phone to book in at HALF 9 when they open, to be told no dentist is coming in today and they have another dental practice covering them. Funny thing is every other dental practice opens at half 8 to take bookings so nowhere has the availability to cover the patients of this dentist. As far as I see it there is no duty of care to the patients and I'm left trying to sort out my dental emergency and left in incredible pain with no help or assistance.
