I have been informed by this dentist , which I've been going to for the last few years. That they are no longer treating NHS patients. Why? Would like an answer please.

Absolutely disgusting that this dentist has gone private, only giving my family and myself two weeks notice. We had been going to this dentist since my sisters and I were toddlers and for them to treat us this way, after being a client for nearly 20 years, disgraceful! Worse time to get sent a letter like this especially during these times when people are struggling enough. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

Have been registered with this dentist for 10 years. I had to cancel 2 appointments.. one because I had covid and the other because of my job. I was told by one member of staff that I could re arrange and she booked me in then was called by another receptionist to say I had been removed from the NHS list. Absolutely disgusting! Get your processes right! Just another dentist cashing in on COVID!

Very disappointed with the service received from Roby Road Dental. Having attended this practice for 20+ years since a child it is a shame to see in the process of their re-brand and move to private dental care they have lost all sense of customer loyalty and how to deal with customers. My initial call was to discuss a Denplan package and was immediately informed by the receptionist, Chloe that I must come in and pay 45 for an assessment to determine the price, this was frustrating due to the fact I had attended the practice twice prior to Christmas for a check up and then a hygiene appt and spoke to both the dentist and the receptionist regarding my interest in Denplan. Chloe then suggested I should have asked for this on my previous appt, which was even more frustrating as I recall separate conversations with reception and the Dentist explaining I am keen to sign up and was just given flyers to come home with and to call back when you want to book. The Dentist also told me they had an offer on in January which is why I also waited and didnt sign up in December. If they would have explained I would need to come back on another 45 appt of course I would have asked for the assessment there and then. I asked to speak with the Manager, to which Chloe said she is too busy I will check with her and come back to you. The decision was there was no movement on this and Chloe persisted to tell me under no circumstances can I come into the practice without paying for an appointment, eventhough I explained I wasn't due back for 6 months. Surely they can assess and give me a monthly subscription price based on my extensive 20+ year history and my Xray taken in November, I've never had any fillings in 34 years, just a wisdom tooth extraction in April. The poor service I have received over this has left me really disappointed, I have always recommended the practice and had great care and service when it was ran by the Chambers family and my previous Dentist Anthony Collins. I would strongly suggest that your reception team get some training, I simply couldn't get a word in edge ways and she just kept repeating I had to pay regardless and wouldn't listen to my concerns.
