Smart Dental Care - Speke Dental Centre

I was a very very nervous patient, Id not been the dentist in about 15 years I was so scared but Andrea and Lynn were amazing. She talked me through everything and reassured me every step of the way. Ive gone from crying in the car park with nerves to a little leg shake in the waiting room (which I think will always be there lol) I really couldnt recommend them enough.

Lovely staff especially jo on reception cant do enough to help, I have bad phobia n she is always so helpful and my dentist is lovely too really understanding and the dental assistant is so lovely too, cant recommend them all enough thank you to a great team x

I lost count of the number of times I rang this practice to enquire if they were taking on NHS patients, the answer machine was on permanently. I left two messages and also sent an email - no response. I decided I had better go in person to get an answer but I rang once more and someone answered! This was only because she had been brought in to help the receptionist who, I was told, has too much to do. Why on earth can the practice not update their website to advise that they are not taking on NHS patients or say so on the answer machine message?

Smart dental speke it used to be oharas dentist it's was always easy to get a appointment then Smart dental took over and they didn't keep all of oharas patients so when I went to them in terrible pain abscess on gums they refused to see me and would not allow me to be seen I had to lie to my doctors to get antibiotics to cure the abscess and now smart dental have said sorry u didn't like the service what service are they talking about they wouldn't allow me to have any service so how can I complain about something I didn't get

I was referred here today for removal of a wisdom tooth which was on the nerve . They were so lovely and put me at ease straight away. I was so nervous after the injections I never felt a thing . Best dentist I've ever seen highly recommend Thank you
