Would like to share/discuss my resent experiences as a wheelchair user, long term illness patient ,with the manager ,but dont see a platform for this! I may need to voice my concerns in public.until then.

Dont pick up the phone then expected me to wait 3 weeks before I could get a agonising swollen gum and face tooth out its not the same place anymore they used to take you in straight away whats going on there I would like a explanation before I go elsewhere

Never really had a bad word to say abut this dentist but, recently tried to get in and was told they would ring me back in an hour, did that call ever come, NO. Rang again 2 hours later and was told I'll have a word with the Dentist to see what we can do, still another 2 hours later and no call back, wouldn't say I'm disappointed in my Dentist but who's ever in control of reception.

Been with this dentist for years an called up to get appointment for wisdom tooth that is currently ripping my mouth open. Only to be offered an appointment in September seriously what a joke this place is.

Efficient and effective lots of reminders for your appointments which is great! FYI Mr Chu and Cresent Dental Practice are the same place
