Service with actual Dentist was great, had a permanent retainer fixed and new removable containers made. Having to wait 5 weeks for removable retainers was not acceptable after I was told they would only take 1.5 to 2 weeks. Was told retainers came in 2 days after my booked appointment was cancelled and that someone had tried to contact me on numerous occasions. Made me feel as if they were saying it was my fault, yet I have no problem getting any of their texts. I had to do all the calling, not that they evet answered the phone and eventually walked down and called in myself twice, once on the day they said the retainers had come in, but was told they weren't there and they would contact me when they came in. It took another phone call from me yo find out.
