Edge Hill Dental Practice

Had a emergency appointment on the 10th of March, the receptionist was fantastic lovely, the dental nurse was very nice. The dentist her self was brilliant, I was shaking with nerves and anxiety. She could see I was shaking. I needed a tooth out , she took my mind of the needle. Over with in no time. Its a shame there not taking any NHS patients on as I would of felt a little more at ease.

Came here from calling the emergency dentist, hoping to get an extraction from an EXTREMELY sore tooth/nerve pain. Had an infection and was given antibiotics, painkillers and a temporary filling and once the infection has cleared I can get a root canal or an extraction. The staff were wonderful, courteous and easy to talk to. Very pleasant experience. **EDIT** Went back for my extraction. Absolutely wonderful. Took seconds!

They never answer the phone and Cant get appointments, they cancelled my appointment and didnt give me a call or texted to let me know, when I asked why the young girls on the reception were rude and dismissive and being on their phone all the time, so upset I will never go back

Really appalling service! I dont think they genuinely care about a single person. Tried calling through to them for 4 weeks straight with no answer. Finally got through to a lady, told her about my situation in a month and half Im getting dental appliances put in, so I need 3 tooth extractions, which has been sent to this practice via a letter weeks ago from the Liverpool Dental Hospital. Lady on the phone books me in for this Friday coming up, I get a text today (Wednesday), saying my appointment is cancelled and changed to AFTER my appliances are due to be put in, over a month and a half away from now even though I told the woman on the phone the appliances cant be put on until the teeth are extracted. Shocking and appalling. Tried to call back since this text and yet again no one picks up the phone, back to square one. This place should be shut down and ashamed of themselves, no one can do a job properly and no one really wants to help patients!!!
