My dentist Rory Kennedy recently fitted an implant for me. It was to replace a denture that had given me some trouble due to its location at the front of my mouth. It was the best decision I could have made. Rory's care and attention was first class and I am delighted with his work. I can't praise him highly enough and would have no hesitation in recommending Rory to anyone thinking of having an implant.

Very bad experience. Rude staff. The team member responding "okay" when I greeted her. Then jump on telling me that they reach the capacity for NHS patients. But whi said I'm here for NHS Patient appointment? Honestly this was a bad and uncomfortable experience!! And I won't recommend.

In 2020, under strict COVID protocols, I received a clear and honest analysis of my teeth from a dentist at this practice I'd not met before. He set out the stark truth: that five or more of my teeth could no longer be repaired. He set out the options in detail that I could understand, enabling me to make well informed decisions. After trying a partial denture, I decided to have dental implants. Once again, from referral through to final installation, it was clear that I, the patient was at the heart of the treatment. The care, expertise and professionalism built up my confidence in the various stages and this extends to the dental nurses who attended. Valuable advice on the specific dental hygiene that I needed to mantain is complemented by regular twice-yearly check-up visits and three-monthly appointments with the dental hygienist whose treatment advice and recommendations help keep my implants healthy and totally functional. While the implant work was a substantial investment, I can state without reservation that the outcomes include a proper smile, confidence in eating a wider selection of foods and, of great significance, a very significant improvement in my self esteem and how I see myself. In conclusion, I have no hesitation in recommending without reservation Roderick's Dental Kingsway in Waterloo, L22 for dental implants, hygiene and the full range of professional services and treatment.
