Got an appointment fairly fast got there early staff where nice and polite got seen early before u knew it my was out pain free best dentist i been too deserve the 5 star rating

Quick enough taking money partner got an emergancy app for her to say we cannot do what you need ill.make a referal pays for a consultation and prescription 5 months later we ring and oh you wasnt refered properly.didnt bother to tell him but wont re do it without another consultation fee when isnt his fault!!

This Dental Pratice took the wrong tooth out in 2018 then another Dentist done a root canal on the one that was meant to be taken out. Went to a private Dentist in the Lockdown who said the reason the root canal was getting infected all the time was because the Dentist who done it never packed it propperley I've now been stuck with that bad tooth ever since and they never answer the phone it's appalling Service. Taking new Patients on.yet they won't see NHS Patients until November it is them.who have put me in this position in the first place!!!

Worst dentist ever. I had a course of treatment booked with this dentist, they knew I was pregnant so treatment was spread across a couple weeks ago as not to affect my pregnancy. Half way through my treatment I went in to premature labour so I missed the appointment that day, I called up to rebook to be told as I had missed one appointment I had been taken off the books. I was not happy with this , I told the receptionist I had just given birth to my premature baby, so I couldn't attend, she told me that I should have called to cancel, so she expected me to call to cancel half way through my labour of my premature baby to cancel an appointment, they would not add me back on to the books so I've been left with half complete treatment which has left me in constant daily pain with no dentist. Its complete negligence. They are more concerned about money than patient care, they were quick to remove me when I switched from private to NHS care due to maternity entitlement

I would highly recommend Chris the dentist. During my treatments he was informative, reassuring and very caring. The receptionist are fab. They go over and above to help and assist you with appointments. They also help calm you down if you are nervous and reassure you. Fab team. Thanks a million.
