Probably worst dental practice I have ever been to. Waited 3 months as appointment was cancelled by reception several times. Ended up being offered new appointment, showed up on said day, they stated appointment was cancelled. Nobody let me know. Essentially wasted 3 months waiting for a procedure that never took place. Also reception/?nursing staff are clearly disinterested in their job, preferring to chatter amongst themselves and ignore patients. Additionally I am a private patient and I pay out of pocket. My advice to anyone reading this, take your business to a different practice.

It was my first visit as a patient yesterday and I was made to feel very welcome. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. My check up and treatment I need was thoroughly explained by Steven.
