Dentist we see is very good. Surgery is spotless and dental assistants are very friendly.

Both my wife and myself have only just registered with our local my dentist and are really happy with the service they provided. The work was fairly priced and there was no unnecessary treatment done just a scale and polish. The staff were also friendly and informative, I would definitely recommend them

Very dissapointed ..tried to make emergency appointment as I have another tooth absess in same tooth.. I had root canal few wks ago due to me having gum desease pain is unbearable nearest date is Dec and had to pay upfront for that consultation appointment..Really don't understand it? paid 500 few wks back.. am private patient so surely I should not have to wait and suffer in pain got a red very sore swollen gum crying in pain...Shocking how they just leave you to get on with it was told to take pain killers and phone up everyday for emergency appointment? Ended up going to another dentist they seen be right away and I was prescribed antibiotics for a severe infection in my gums went back to get my deposit back and was told I wasn't entitled to a refund but I have read your terms and conditions for cancellation and its only if you give less than 24 hours notice I was giving 9 days notice It's absolutely disgusting they way I was treated I have now registered with another reliable honest dentists ..What a horrible experience ..Never had this bother when I was with Dr Lewis been coming to this dentist for years but since my dentist took over its awful staff are rude too Never deal with you again!!
