Think it's disgraceful on my last experience, phoned up in August for a check up before I started chemo,to be told I had been struck off as I not been, also I had not been notified they had struck me off,not being funny during COVID I certainly wasn't let anyone get close to me,but also not affording to go regularly, now I still can't find a dentist I need my teeth looking at.

Appalling experience. My daughter suffers from social anxiety disorder and so I accompany her at doctors appointments, dentists etc so I can speak on her behalf. My daughter had an appointment on 23rd Oct with the hygienist for a clean and polish. While I was filling out the medications and allergies form and asking my daughter for confirmation of a few items i noticed the hygienist pulling a 'dopey' face towards the assistant as though indicating my daughter was mentally deficient in some way. I ought to have confronted the hygienist there and then but I'm shy myself and don't like confrontation. I wish I had walked out before the clean and polish because not only was the hygienist's attitude appalling, but the way she conducted the clean and polish was a disgrace. During the procedure my daughter was becoming increasingly distressed - the hygienist was heavy handed and caused considerable pain so much so that 10 days after the procedure my daughter's teeth and gums are still sore. At one point during the process my daughter started choking because water from the jet was cascading down her nose - more eye rolls from the hygienist. I am looking to see if I can file a formal complaint with an appropriate agency to register my disgust at this so called professionals attitude and utter lack of care. I run a small business myself and if any of my staff behaved that way towards a client I would sack them on the spot.

Absolute disgrace , asked for an appointment to be tod that I had missed an appointment so they are unable to offer an appointment, this is a terrible dentistry as the reason I need the appointment in the first place is due to the poor work ! Strongly advise you pay anyone else but this dentist
