Utterly awful experience. The pharmacy that send out my medication to be posted to me use this service. Ive only had 2 deliveries from them so far and both have been awful. The first delivery they told me theyd deliver it on a Thursday, then they said theyd deliver it on the Friday, then I eventually received it on the Saturday. The second delivery they gave me a 2 hour time slot so I made sure somebody was home to receive it and they didnt deliver during the time slot. The person at my home had to then leave due to other commitments, which resulted in a failed attempted delivery over an hour after the end of my 2 hour time slot. Ive now got to go and collect the parcel instead. Overall awful experience
