        Incompetent is the kindest adjective to describe people working at this company. Gave them VERY clear instructions for delivery and the parcel was still taken back to their units. After trying to connect and speaking to a bot on the line, a woman gave me wrong details of my parcel delivery. Had to travel an hour to collect it instead.
