        Rude and upsetting. Waited so long on the phone for over an hour. Whenever you try to contact them, you never manage to get through. Got through to one person, relayed my situation, she transferred me to a person doing the exact same thing, (for some reason), then when I finally got through to explain my circumstances, mid-way through I was interrupted being told to "stop". At which point, I frustratingly expressed to the individual on the phone that being told to "stop" when someone is struggling is not only EXTREMELY unprofessional, but is THE worst thing that you could possibly say to them. Then this advisor decided to transfer me again - I'm STILL waiting... I'm shaking with anger and upset by how this service treats people who are struggling - ESPECIALLY at the moment with the cost of living, etc. Sort your phone service out and sack the so-called "advisors" who need some serious lessons on people skills.
