        No bin collection!!! What are you thinking Sefton Council? Taxing us huge amount of money as council tax, then NOT providing the ONLY service we get, which is bin collection, exposing the lives of tens of thousands of residents to health problems and rat infestation? AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL
