missed one appointment as little girl has been off school sick. Told next available appointment is in 6 months as they have no staff. In the mean time I am stuck with braces doing nothing and rubbing on my gums! No staff means no appointment for missing 1 whilst child is off school? I'm paying full price for top and bottom. I have holidays booked and was promised whitened too! if you are roped in with they'll make it great for your wedding / event you want to make sure you actually can be booked in

Many years ago I had an accident whilst abroad resulting in both my front teeth being damaged.They were repaired at the time by a local NHS dentist using the techniques available. All in all a bad repair causing me to be very conscious of my teeth and terrified of dentists. I suffered with this for most of my adult life and would never ever smile on photographs and used to cover my mouth whilst talking. I considered cosmetic dentistry to be out of the laymans price range thinking only the wealthy could afford such luxury. I was convinced to book an appointment with Dr Natalie by my husband who had been given her details with excellent feedback . Although lets just say now getting into my EARLY mature years I was sceptical that with my fear of dentistry and my awful looking teeth could be saved and to do so would be way out if my price range. I was convinced to make an appointment and how glad I did. From the minute I met Dr Natalie and the team my fears were soon put to rest , a detailed examination and action plan were performed and every detail of my procedure was explained in easy terms including the price. My plan started with two teeth extractions including one being the dreaded wisdom tooth and the health of my teeth and gums restored. Absolutely no pain throughout these procedures and again the professionalism and care given by the team was second to none. The next step of my plan was to be fitted with upper and lower braces .Chloe was my practitioner for the braces period and again was highly professional, skilled and above all so caring and considerate , paying attention to every small detail to get me the best possible results for my teeth .The end result of the braces was almost a miracle in itself , my teeth were now aligned to perfection and the change was unbelievable. I could feel my self confidence growing and felt like I was turning into the swan from the fairytales. Once my teeth were aligned the final part of my process was for the amazing Dr Natalie and team to begin my cosmetic reconstruction of the teeth. I was as usual put to ease by the Dr and team and can honestly say hand on heart that Dr Natalie is one of the nicest caring down to earth ladies both myself and husband have ever met and given my end results and looking at other cosmetic dentistry worldwide she must be considered to be up there with the very best the industry has to offer , we are very lucky here in Liverpool to have such a talented Dental surgeon. My teeth were constructed and designed by Dr Natalie to suit my mouth and smile using the very latest techniques including special effects to complete the look , I now have a Hollywood smile however the teeth do not look false or like some other teeth I have seen ( Turkey lol ) I cannot stop smiling now and feel like a totally new woman , this procedure has changed my self confidence beyond belief . The final step of my journey was the bill and I can say that to get the professionalism , skill and attention to detail I received I would have expected double the price . Very very affordable for the lay person and you can even get interest free credit which can be done on your phone and takes literally seconds in Dr Natalies office . I have now registered my husband and daughter with Dr Natalie due to my whole experience being amazing and compared to the usual NHS dentist for the usual regular dentist needs such as cleaning , check ups etc is not much more expensive if not a similar price. Thank you to The Brace Place and Dr Natalie and team for an amazing experience from start to finish . I am smiling so much now that I have a few lines appearing on my cheeks , I might even consider some Botox to resolve this as this is another string to the multi talented Dr Natalies bow lol Suzanne & Mark

Had the most amazing experience from start to finish. Had a brace and then bonding. I was so unsure how I wanted to teeth to look but Dr Natalie gave me every bit of advice she could and together we created the most perfect smile. Nat made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. She is just fantastic. I put all my trust in her and I couldnt be more happy. No damage to my teeth and pain free. Perfect smile from the best in the business. Could not recommend Dr Nat and the brace place enough!

Had an appointment today to see about getting braces for my daughter . The whole experience was fantastic , we saw dr Natalie first , she was amazing , her friendly upbeat attitude made my daughter feel very at ease . Absolute top notch service .
