Reclaims UK

Terrible company, been following up for over a year now, where reclaims agent, had been opening and shutting tax accounts without proper evidence of claims. Is now costing me 8000+ to try and sort this through HMRC and Reclaims. Reclaims doesn't responded to emails and just delays any contact, I have had to contact through various different ways to get a response as they no longer reply to my emails. Avoid this company, it is not worth the time or money, you can fill in an assessment form yourself on the gov website, using the info YOU have to provide them anyway, you keep 100% of the money.

Totally disappointment, Reclaims UK claim from HMRC and received money as well but, they are not giving me any refund money to me since 2 years. I will not recommenend to any one.

Appalling company, last year son was in the army so how could he be self employed, he recieved a 100 fine from HMRC but I explained what had happened and cancelled it. Then this tax year another letter from HMRC saying self employment assessment has been set up again but he's on the sick. They have applied for his rebate again

Worst possibly company to claim with, my claim has been going on almost 7 months and this is for 2019-2020. I've been told to wait another 10 weeks at least. Terrible customer service, just a terrible company. My 2020-21 reclaim has somehow beaten the one the one they were doing for me hahaha.

STAY AWAY Logged my son as self employed with HMRC triggering a Self Assessment. fine. Hes in the army, not self employed! Dont respond to any communications. If the HMRC fine is not quashed at appeal will be taking Reclaims UK to the Small Claims Court. Would give zero stars if available.
