It all started so well, but having almost finished the work on mine and our neighbours house, and convincing us to pay the last payment, they then disappeared. There is still work outstanding and we have been given an estimate of 1000 to complete the work by another painter. Update: the company have got back to us, and work is now being finished off. I wish them every success as they are great people, but they do need to let their clients know if there is a problem. We have noticed a real difference in the house, and the final.work is excellent.

Having paid my final bill in October, within a week I had rust spots appearing through the new render. They promised to come back to me by 21st October but since then I've not been able to contact them despite leaving voicemail and sending texts. Disappointing as it appears my 10 year warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on.
