    Discusting service from them all. Constantly telling you lies. This is the 5th day of waiting in for them. I have had to call the ombudsman now as they are completely useless! Do not know how they are still trading!! As it seems I'm not the only one being treated this way. Date: 03/03/23 Update. I would just like to add that this has been sorted out now. Due to realising my boiler had been leaking for a while an engineer was called and arrived within 40 minutes, he also sorted the leak and then had to wait for the part needed. 2 days later I guess I got lucky as Morgan (reception) was really helpful and genuinely wanted to sort this out so arranged for an engineer to come within an hour. It was the same one who'd already been, He was here in 45 mins and was brilliant! Cannot fault him. Maybe they could take on more staff like this? Now a happy customer!,

    Very Unprofessional and lies , i have been left with no heating or hot water for three days I got three kids and every time i ring them they give me a day that they are going to come out but just dont bother to turn up, this is the worst company ever, I will be lodging an official complaint to the housing group.
